Krystyna Pyszková from Czech Republic won the coveted title of the 71st Miss World on Monday in a grand event held in Mumbai. The 24-year-old competed against 115 countries, following which she was crowned by last year’s Miss World winner Karolina Bielawska of Poland.
While Krystyna won the Miss World crown, Yasmina Zaytoun of Lebanon grabbed the First Runner-Up crown at the beauty pageant by Karolina.
Expressing her gratitude, Krystyna said that this was the day she dreamt of for a long time. “Words can’t express how thrilled I am to stand here today and share my emotions. This has been a dream I’ve pursued tirelessly for so long,” she remarked while addressing the media.
The crowing moment unveiled amidst renowned personalities including Reliance Foundation Chairperson Nita Mukesh Ambani, Bigg Boss 17 winner Munawar Faruqui, and actress Rubina Dilaik, with Miss World 2022 Karolina Bielawska.
Krystyna highlighted that Miss World platform would enable her to raise awareness and extend support to numerous disadvantaged and underprivileged children.
Krystyna Pyszková is currently pursuing degrees in both Law and Business Administration and simultaneously working as a model. She has also opened an English school for underprivileged children in Tanzania where she also worked as a volunteer. She also has her inclination towards music as she had spent nine years polishing her skills in an art academy.
